1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") regulate the relations between "Luxelinor" Ltd., registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, Trade number: 208070611, with headquarters and management address at Sofia, Mladost dist. 128 flat. 5 ap., and users ("Users" or "Clients") of the online store "Prestige Carat" ("Website").
1.2. By accessing and using this Website, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3. "Prestige Carat" reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on the Website, and Users are advised to review them regularly.
1.4. If Users do not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Website.
2. Products
2.1. "Prestige Carat" offers high-quality silver jewelry with moissanite and white gold plating, which is crafted with precision and elegance.
2.2. Each product has a detailed description, including specifications, materials, and design features.
2.3. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to present the items accurately, slight differences may exist due to screen color settings and other factors.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Orders are placed directly through the Website without requiring the User to register an account.
3.2. When placing an order, Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. "Prestige Carat" is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by Users.
3.3. Payment methods are listed on the Website. Current payment options include:

"Prestige Carat" may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
3.4. Payments are considered successful only after receipt of the full amount owed. If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.
4. Delivery
4.1. "Prestige Carat" delivers orders using courier services from third-party companies.
4.2. The delivery time and cost depends which country the order is made from. For domestic orders it's 2 days. For EU its around 5 working days. For USA it's from 5 to 15 working days.
4.3. Deliveries are made to the courier office or to the address specified by the User. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt to contact the User or leave the package at a local pick-up point.
4.4. "Prestige Carat" is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. The User has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition, and with all accompanying packaging and certificates intact.
5.2. The return request must be made by contacting "Prestige Carat" at info@prestigecarat.store or via the contact form on the Website.
5.3. The User is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by "Prestige Carat" (such as an incorrect item).
5.4. If the product shows signs of use, scratches, damage, or missing elements (e.g., certificate of authenticity, original packaging), "Prestige Carat" may refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
5.5. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
6. Warranties and Claims
6.1. All jewelry offered by "Prestige Carat" is subject to the applicable warranty for defects as defined by Bulgarian consumer protection law. The certificate for authenticity serves as a 1-year warranty
6.2. In case of defects or quality issues, Users may file a complaint by contacting info@prestigecarat.store.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
7.1. "Prestige Carat" processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
