Shipping information for domestic parcels

Prestige Carat offers FREE SHIPPING to Econt and Speedy offices nationwide on any order regardless of price. All jewelry will be sent with an option to view, and payment is made by cash on delivery or by debit/credit card directly through the Prestige Carat website.

Orders placed by 18:00  on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders made after 18:00. and those on non-business days are processed on the first following business day.

Delivery to the customer takes 2 working days from the processing of the given order.

International Shipping information 

Prestige Carat offers international shipping which is paid from the customer. For EU countries shipping costs is 16 euro.

Delivery to the customer takes 5-7 working days from the processing of the given order.

Return and exchange information
Any jewelry purchased from Prestige Carat can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or violation of the commercial appearance, as specified in the provisions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection law.

IMPORTANT! Returned products must show no signs of use and must be in all original packaging.

The REFUND time can vary from 2-5 days from the day we confirm that we have received the package back.

➤RETURNING PROCEDURE:

1. Contact us to get an address and an online return form.
2. Package the product for return (it must be  in the original manufacturer's packaging) and put the return form inside the package.
It is highly recommend returning goods by courier it is send.

Please request confirmation when returning products and keep the waybill number you will receive!

The return is at the customer's expense.

3. Returning orders take 5 days to process from the day we confirm receipt of the shipment. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the return and when the amount is refunded to your account.

– If you paid online, the amount will be refunded to the account from which you paid.

– If you paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be returned to the  bank account specified by you in the return form.
